Business Support Manager
>> Based between Devizes and Westbury, Wiltshire.
The Role
Working very much on your own initiative, you will offer a broad range of business support functions, the most important of which is maintaining and updating the Quest websites.
Other areas where you should be able to bring sound experience will include graphic design, financial and IT management, and elements of office management.
We’ll want you to prepare literature for our high profile programmes and events; manage telephone and email enquiries; assist in the development and delivery of new services and take a role as part of Team Quest on some events.
Every day will bring a new and different challenge.
Don’t worry if you lack experience in all of the areas listed, getting the right person is key so we will provide full training where required.
Naturally you’ll be passionate about getting involved in every area of the business and making a real contribution to our success and you’ll be a skilled and experienced administrator.
Dealing with suppliers, using modern office software and undertaking web based research should be second nature to you.
This is a dynamic role and one from which Quest expect to be able to develop and promote. You will be hungry to take on additional responsibility, passionate about learning new skills and ready to make your mark.
