Negotiator Team Building Exercise
Each team will be given a set amount of money with which to purchase a number of very specific items. There are two key objectives to this exercise. Firstly, the teams must locate and source the items and secondly they must negotiate the very best purchase price. It is a competitive exercise with strict deadlines and the team that spends the least amount of money to acquire all the products will be the winner. Failure to source one of the products will result in the teams receiving heavy penalties
Effective negotiation and excellence presentation skills are the key competences for this challenge. Their decision making will also need to be decisive and their research and planning must be very thorough.
