This programme requires teams to purchase products from wholesalers which they must sell from designated market stalls in order to generate a profit. This profit is donated to a charity of the client’s choice. In order to be successful in this exercise the teams will need to be meticulous in their planning, negotiate effectively in the buying process and apply a successful sales strategy. To achieve performance excellence they will also need to remain focused and maintain high levels of motivation.
