Pyramid of Success

Building a 'Pyramid of Success' is a time constrained task, based on the theme of integrating smaller work teams into one effective organisational team through effective communication and resource management. The team has one hour including briefing time to solve the giant 3 cubed puzzle and build the 'Pyramid of Success' using the multi-sized cubes in a particular order. A review of this activity will take place after the exercise has been successfully completed.

This is an excellent task for running indoors, and simply requires a main meeting room and three separate, smaller breakout areas or rooms.
