Boston Consulting Group Training Day

Quest have worked with the Boston Consulting Group on a number of previous events, providing them with a whole range of different team building activities to fit their specific requirements.
On this occasion an afternoon team building session was required for 25 Executive Assistants as part of their Training Day on Tuesday 17th May.
The team building was preceded by meetings and presentations in the morning and was followed with wine tasting in the evening. So Quest's Canapé Creation was an ideal team building activity to bring everyone together, to have some fun and to interact and work together on non-work related challenges.
Canapé Creation is an offshoot of the highly popular Quest cooking team building programme called Recipe for Success.
Unlike Recipe for Success, the beauty of Canapé Creation is that it can be delivered without kitchens and large catering equipment, and can even be delivered on the clients own premises.
Teams were given time to familiarise themselves with the ingredients and equipment available to them. They then had to design and plan their canapes before they were allowed into the preparation area to create them.
Each team produced a tray of canapés which were judged and eaten before the wine tasting. The fact that there weren't any canapés left tells its own story as to how well the teams did!
