SEESA Team Building Event

Having worked with Mott Macdonald every year since 2003, Quest were delighted to be asked by SEESA (South Eastern Electricity Substation Alliance) a consortium of which Mott MacDonald is a key player, to deliver a team building afternoon event for 22 of their managers.

With many of the team based in Kent, the historic Chatham Docks was chosen as the venue for the event, and the team build was themed around the docks and many of the features and attractions there.

Divided into 4 sub-teams, and competing against one another the delegates worked their way through a wide range of team tasks, and earned bonus points by correctly answering a quiz and photo challenge that lead the teams all around the docks.

Once all of the team tasks had been successfully completed the finale to the event was a construction exercise replicating one of the masts of HMS Gannett, one of the 3 famous warships based at the dockyard.

After the team build had been completed, the delegates were then taken on a tour of the dockyards, before retiring into Chatham town for a well earned team dinner.
