With a history of being approved suppliers of team development programmes for some 5 years, and having worked with Microsoft delivering programmes and events for 12 years, Quest was delighted to be asked to tender for a week long graduate induction programme for MEA graduates, and even more delighted to be commissioned to go ahead.
A group of 15 graduates from Israel, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and South Africa, all hoping to ultimately progress onto the Microsoft MACH programme, were assembled in Istanbul Turkey in mid November.
Experiential Team Devlopment Exercises
Quest worked with them for a week, delivering a range of classroom based sessions covering topics such as MBTI and project management, and also a range of experiential team development exercises.
One of these involved setting the graduates the task of re-launching Istanbul as a tourist attraction.
Supplied with cameras, and graphics support and divided into 3 teams, the graduates had to produce artwork and a full presentation on how they would make Istanbul even more popular than it already is. No mean feat, but one they all impressively achieved.
Following the induction programme, the graduates went back to their own business units, before working with Quest again in January for a final wrap up of all that had been learned.
