The objective was to get participants to integrate and share profiles whilst having fun team building and problem solving.
Nineteen G4S senior managers from around the world attended the programme and worked together to complete challenges which removed them from their normal working environment. Activities undertaken were a '3-cubed: building a pyramid of success' and a 'TV Newscast'.
The 3 cubed exercise was perfect for getting the managers to know one another and bond with each other. This paid dividend when it came to the TV Newscast, as the teams worked very well together. The presentations given were hilarious and had those watching in fits of laughter. Everyone went away with good memories from the two sessions and the feedback was brilliant, with fun had by all.
