Quest specialise in the provision of individually tailored events. We operate an entirely mobile service which enables us to deliver our events and programmes all over the world. We will happily work with any size of group from five people to five hundred plus. Over the years we have been asked to design events in some very unusual locations including a Tall Ship, the Globe Theatre, a nuclear bunker and London Zoo. For Quest, the quirkier the better!

Lloyds TSB Consumer Banking Conference, London

'The 4 right’s: Get the right offer… to the right customer… at the right time… and in the right way'

This event was based at the Honourable Artillery Company Headquarters in the City of London and involved 360 staff from the Lloyds TSB Consumer Banking Division.

We were given a very precise time slot of 75 minutes and the brief was to provide an event which would fully engage all 360 delegates. It had to be high energy, fun, memorable, competitive. Just as importantly it had to support the corporate message – "The 4 Rights" and test the delegates product knowledge. The exercise also had to have the flexibility of being delivered indoors or outdoors depending on the weather!

Did we deliver? Of course we did

E.ON Two into One Programme


'Switching E.ON to our future through the power of teamwork'

E.ON have commissioned the building of a new power station on their Isle of Grain site. The new station is due to come on stream in 2009 and will be Europe’s most efficient power station. The team of 60 that will be responsible for its operation will be coming from two existing power stations which are due to be decommissioned.

This investment is a key component of the long term energy strategy for the UK. As part of the project Quest were asked to deliver an eight month programme to oversee the merging of the two teams.

The staffing of the new plant has inevitably involved some job losses but also the recruitment of new staff with specialist skills. A whole range of other complex issues required Quest to take a very sensitive and flexible approach to the programme.
