Team Building with Sogeti

Quest were delighted to work with Sogeti again in mid June to deliver a team development programme for one of their Consultant Teams. The programme built on those delivered for their graduate consultants, in that it had to test the team's leadership skills and present them with some very stretching challenges.

Quest were commissioned to deliver a half day fun team building challenge for a mixed team from O2 and their procurement partners 4C Associates. The event needed to take place near to O2’s Head Office in Slough and the venue chosen was the ‘Look Out’ at Swinley Forest, Bracknell.
CEPA Team Development Programme

Quest worked with 29 economists from Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA) during a company offsite held at the Bath Spa Hotel. The session combined an introduction to Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) with the Bigger Picture team building exercise.
Microsoft Response Management Programme

Quest was delighted to work with a team from Microsoft once again on 30th April, on a team building programme with a difference. Microsofts Response Management team asked Quest to develop and run a programme to further enhance their front-line customer interface which would also see the team working together on an unusual team development challenge.

During the week of 14th ~16th April, Quest ran a team building event for one of the world's largest investment and insurance groups. They are a Fortune 100-listed company providing financial services to over seven million customers in countries such as the UK, US, Brazil and Japan.
