Congratulations to all those people who took part in the 2009 TeamWalk Challenge in Sherwood Forest on Saturday.

As part of our post-event review we would be very grateful if each Team Leader would complete a short feedback questionnaire on behalf of their team. Your feedback and comments are valuable in assessing the overall effectiveness of the event and of course any comments are totally confidential.
