On Arrival

On arrival you will be met by the Center Parcs Arrival Team and directed to the car park. Your check-in will take place at The Venue. Please proceed to The Venue by foot following the signposts from Guest Services (located at Car Park Row A).
Once you have been given your arrival pack, please make your way back to the car park and drive to your villa. Please note the speed limit on site is 10mph. Once you have unloaded your luggage, please return your car to the car park.
The Cycle Centre closes at 8pm on Friday, if you arrive after this time, the Cycle Centre will reopen at 9am on Saturday morning. Please advise the Cycle Centre that you are with the Marsh booking and they will issue you with a cycle. Please ensure that you return your bike before you leave the village.

Checklist for departure
1. We kindly ask that you strip your beds.
2. Please return your bike to the Cycle Center.
3. Use the key boxes as you leave the village to deposit your keys.
