Overseas Team Development Programmes

Quest does offer a truly mobile service operating throughout the UK (including the Channel Islands) and internationally.

In 2009 Quest have delivered the following overseas programmes:

Over the last 12 months we have seen a notable increase in enquiries from our clients to work with them on overseas projects. Clients have said that they want the reassurance of a tried and tested provider that can be relied upon to deliver. The Quest team are very experienced travelers having visited over 60 countries between them across six continents. In previous occupations they have also worked in Australia, Malawi, Sweden, and South Africa.

Over the years Quest’s programmes & exercises have now been delivered in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Turkey and the USA. This includes an entire programme delivered in French for Perkins Foods. We can also provide language support in Spanish & German.
In addition to the delivery of our face to face interventions, we have developed a series of ‘Self Delivered’ communication and developmental exercises for G4S which they have rolled out across their global organization.

Where possible we go to great lengths on all our programmes to ensure that the delegates are fully immersed in the local culture. We are presently organizing a senior executive expedition which will involve a project to support a local community.
