Farmers Market Team Building Challenge

The delegates will be working with a small farm retailer to develop & produce a new product such as preserves to be sold alongside other produce. Having developed and refined the product you will attend a farmers market to sell it alongside their existing product range. It doesn’t get more real than this! You will be representing a real small business whose livelihood for the duration of the exercise depends upon your professional input. Every aspect of your team’s performance will have to be of the highest level.
