Thanks for your interest. Since doing the team build with you it's been like working with a new team! At the first team meeting following the event, we used the list of what makes a high performing team and chose a couple of issues each. We then revisit these each monthly team meeting identifying where we're doing well against these, and where we're not. A sense of perspective has also embedded itself so that small annoying issues that really dont merit knocking us off course remain that way (this was completely the opposite before) eg desk moves or someone replying in a tone that wasnt absolutely perfect. We're also using a very tactile buddying system so no one is working completely on their own.
