Bigger Picture

Introduction
The 'Bigger Picture' is a team development exercise that focus’ on recognising the 'bigger picture' whilst team members are engaged with the fine detail of the specific tasks of the team exercise. The programme demands team work, planning, negotiation, effective communication as well as creativity (and potential artistic flare!).
Exercise Objective
The exercise requires delegates to recreate individual pieces of art that when brought together create a single Bigger Picture.
